Ashwin is an advocate by profession and is working with PFC Education for the last 1.5 years. He teaches Business studies to his students. He was born and based in Udaipur. He did his graduation from Jaipur. Remembering his childhood, he shares smiling memories with his friends and has learned many things in that time. He even shares a career story with everyone from his college days, when the examination fear used to shunt him a lot. Their CGPA scoring system was there, and he used to leave the paper out of fear. One day he sat down with a stubbornness to complete his paper and do his best, as he was giving his back papers. Luckily, he nailed off his fear and scored good marks. He quotes an example of KFCs owner and adds that a single piece of paper can not decide anyone’s future. Adding on to this incident he says that optimism should be engulfed in life. The Covid19 lockdown phase has transformed him completely as a person and in his professional life, he got ample time to do self-introspection, emotion management, discover his fields of interest, painting, the recollection of antiques, yoga, gardening, etc. And professionally he changed from a monotonous teaching pattern to a teaching style where examples were welcomed. He thinks that a subject is a vast ocean where the role of a faculty is to make his/her student dive in the depth of the ocean and touch the bottommost of the. Commenting about Leadership - he speaks that it is a style, a soft skill, which builds with time. His major key qualities are Hard working nature, knowledge about the corporate culture, fulfilling customer needs, pressure handling, and keeping a balance in life. He tells a weird habit of his- whenever he craves a tea he drives for at least 23 km away from the city, does night outs, and enjoys life to the fullest in life. HE strongly believes in the overall development of a person and thinks of personal experience as a priority is more important. He
says that the Indian universities should focus on giving practical knowledge to the children rather than on rote learning. He lives with zero regrets in life in order to live a stress-free life. HE does not wish to go back in the past, rather invest his time to build a better future. Speaking about his role model, he tells us that he learns from everyone in his life, let it be a dog. Some of his favorite role models are Shri Swami Vivekanand, Sadguru, and some unknown people’s actions who he traces down in his life. He says that leadership develops with time and the surroundings, and one should not be a boss, listen and keep everyone happy around. He highlights the depth meaning of the statement - “This too shall pass.” His favorite song is- “ Yun hi chala me Chala me raahi…” from Swadesh.
