Mitali jain (Do My Sales Executive)
“The secret of success is making right decisions, right decisions come from experience which further comes from wrong decisions.”
Mitali was born and brought up in Udaipur. Since childhood, Mitali was a shy kid, and hence she learned leadership as she grew up and faced challenging circumstances. Mitali completed her college education in Mumbai, where she did a master’s in business administration.
After her graduation, Mitali worked for two companies, handling sales for different MNC’s and their products. Her job was very challenging, and it required her to travel continuously, which was exhausting. Mitali left her job right before the pandemic, returning back to her hometown, Udaipur. She wasn’t satisfied with her job and the pandemic resulted in her being unemployed for over 10 months.
The pandemic had a severe impact on her life, even after having experience of almost two years, she wasn’t able to bag a potential job. But seeing things in a positive light, Mitali exclaims that it was during the pandemic she got the opportunity to spend quality time with her family, which she couldn't before. Mitali received tremendous support from them and is grateful to have her family by her side.
Mitali is presently working for Do My Sale as a Business Development Manager. Mitali believes that even though education plays an integral part in one’s life but without experience, it is of no use. She stresses that an individual must try to gain as much experience he/she can to succeed in life. She believes in self-development by working more and more on interpersonal skills, which ultimately makes a person stand out in a group.
Mitali states that she has learned a lot from her mistakes and exerts that everyone should too. Fall twice, stand up the third. She wants the leaders to have a balanced stride as a part of their job and understand the need of the hour. Mitali firmly believes that an individual can sustain only if he/she changes as per this dynamic world.
Mitali loves to dance and sing in her free time and hopes to attend an exciting concert in near future.
