“Aazad raho vichaaro se, bandhe raho sanskaaro se.”
Rajshree was born as the second girl child in her family. She even had a brother who died just before her birth. The death of her brother wasn’t taken well by the family as well as the community, and somewhere along the line Rajshree was blamed for this loss. She faced several unjust comments while growing up that led to such as “Heera Jaa Kar Paana Aaya”. Throughout her life, Rajshree had to face these hurting comments by conventional Indian people, but she was fortunate enough to have the support of her parents in all this. They never did any discrimination against any of their children, which has been the driving force for Rajshree and her five siblings to succeed in her life. Her mother has always been Rajshree’s greatest support, who motivated her to achieve great heights in life. With her support, Rajshree won three consecutive medals in sports as well during her schooling period.
Rajshree has always been a go-getter and achiever. She has played several leading roles, such as becoming the first lady bank manager of her time, the first one to make the maximum profits in all the bank branches throughout Rajasthan. Rajshree believes that this was possible because of her efforts and the support of the dear and near ones.
Rajshree, throughout her career, has been dedicated and committed to serving her very best both professionally and personally, assuming the roles of a mother, leader, and friend. Her husband is also a banker and understands the responsibility that comes with the job. He has always supported her, which she is grateful for. Rajshree, during her career, faced several bumps, one of them being the introduction of computers in the banking field. Learning how to use a computer was one of the greatest challenges, but she did it in due course of time, learning and excelling at every point.
The outbreak of the COVID scene, according to Rajshree, has brought the world closer than ever and made us understand the importance of family and relations. Her son is in the IT field, and her daughter is married and is well settled in London. Rajshree is also a member of the Consumer Right organization, which she joined after settling her family to serve the nation as well.
Rajshree believes in living a simple life and loves to sing and dance. Rajshree also excels as a traditional Kathak dancer and an avid nature lover. Rajshree firmly believes there are two people, one who follow the path and the others who create them. She believes that the latter are the people who succeed in life.
