Nida (PFC Faculty)
Nida is a very simple and down to earth person, who is working with PFC for the last year. She leads her life with simplicity and believes in the ideology of Simple Living, High Thinking. Earlier she used to work with The Credit Cooperative Society and she worked for almost 2.5 years, serving as a Branch in Incharge.
Her entire childhood and education went to Udaipur. She feels that Udaipur is the most beautiful city in the world. When she remembered her childhood she became nostalgic while talking about her good friends with whom she used to play and she used to roam a lot in the city with them. She even tells about the challenges she faced in her first job as she was completely new to the external world and was not aware of working ethics, corporate politics, and professionalism. This job played a big role in grooming her professional life throughout her life. In the Covid19 lockdown phase, she spent quality time with her family and experimented on the new dishes. As a housewife and a working lady together she faced difficulty managing them all together. She gives a piece of advice to the people that one should have good communication skills and presentation skills to survive in a corporate. She loves to shop, travel, and cook. She says that Education and personal experience are equally important and work hand in hand. Talking about leadership, she says that it comes with life experience and one should not be dominant in nature, rather be work-oriented. She thinks of her Bhua as her role model, because despite her being physically handicapped she gives home tuitions to children and runs her small business from the home itself. Her Bhua throws major independence goals at her. She wraps by saying- “ Never lose hope and keep moving forward.”
