Naveen Mathur
“Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society, in every family.”
Naveen Mathur is a lecturer and a philanthropist.
Naveen Mathur was born and brought up in Ajmer. While growing up, Naveen faced several difficulties concerning his health. He suffered from two heart attacks, one when he was in 10th grade and the other later in his life when he worked in Ajmer as a teacher. Naveen underwent medication and surgeries in one of India's best hospitals in Chennai.
From 2007 to 2018, Naveen did a job in Kota as a lecturer and recently moved to Udaipur to join Janardan Rai Nagar Vidyapith, Udaipur.
Naveen feels extremely grateful to have a flourishing life and being able to do what he loves. He feels that he ultimately found the purpose of living and his happiness in teaching children. Along with teaching his students the course materials, Naveen also teaches them morals and ethics which prove to be highly beneficial and fruitful to them. For him, the teaching is not only confined to academics but also stretches to different domains of life.
The attitude of never giving up on a goal is something that made Naveen pass with flying colors in all his life examinations and made him a true leader, a true mentor, and the best guide one can ever have. Naveen believes that the way to handle the students is to let them feel safe and secure under your mentorship. He feels that this quality is something that is required in this field.
Based on his experience, Naveen recommends the best options to his students. He is highly devoted to his work. He diligently feels that no one is a born leader. People need to imbibe this trait as they grow and learn from the experiences.
Being nostalgic, Naveen remembers his childhood, which was full of fun and enjoyment, and if possible, he wishes to return to that time.
Apart from that, Naveen is also a devout social worker. During the Corona period, Naveen did mask distributions, donations, and several other activities for helping the community more.
Naveen considers Swami Vivekanada as his role model and learned ethics, way of handling things from his preachings and sayings. For him, one has to be self-dependent. The dependency of any kind is something that he believes makes a person weak.
