“The key to success is to focus on goals, not obstacles.” Kuldeep Rao is a fun-loving, adventurous, and self-made person who believes in hard work and dedication in professional as well as personal life.

He was born and brought up in Udaipur, Rajasthan. He did his graduation in Engineering from SS University, Udaipur. He joined as a sales executive in an IT company based in Udaipur. This is Kuldeep’s first job, and in the span of two years, he has learned a lot from his seniors as well as from his own experiences. He says that he considers his senior Siddhant sir as his professional role model for he is the person who helped him to improve his personality, his communication skill and motivated him to brush up his skills. Kuldeep says that before joining the company, he had a very carefree attitude towards life and did not care enough to think about the future, but now he has changed his perspective and gives importance to future planning and securing life. For this, he gives the credit to his another senior whom he calls Jigar sir. Currently, Kuldeep is working in the managing department of his company and says that according to him the things which should be there in a person who wishes to join this company are knowledge about the IT sector for without that you can not work, second is the ability to handle work pressure and most importantly communication skill because in order to be able to convince or influence your employees or senior authorities you need to possesses these skills. 

Kuldeep says that before the COVID19 lockdown, he got an offer letter from the Indira Gandhi International Airport to work for the ticket team at the airport, but things did not work, and he couldn’t go there. Many things could have changed, Kuldeep says if he would have been able to go to Delhi, but despite this, he did not lose hope and kept improving his skills, as well as used the period of lockdown to work on his personality development. Kuldeep has a very interesting idea about the words ‘education’ and ‘experience’. He says we can use our education to get a particular job of our choice and apply our knowledge there while on the other hand experience comes with time and proves to be very significant to succeed in life. In order to get experience, one should have patience and motivation, he adds. 

Kuldeep lives with his parents, who have always been very supportive. His grandfather is his inspiration in his life, who achieved everything through his hard work and self-motivation. He calls Bill Gates as his role model for life because of him being a man of unique ideas, experiments, and innovations. If he could go back in time, Kuldeep would just want to be a good student in his school as well as in college. Kuldeep is a person who gives importance to a person's individual talent and hidden qualities. He accepts the fact that no two persons are the same and thus suggests dividing the work based on an individual’s area of interest. With this, he also believes that every problem comes with its solution, so rather than focussing on the problem, our focus should be on the solution.

In his free time, Kuldeep loves writing poetry and Shayari. He also treasures traveling and doing night outs with friends. He has shared an interesting incident in this video, do watch to listen!
